Happy Birthday, DAD!

Happy Early Birthday, DaD! I made this card for my Father in Law, his birthday is tomorrow but we are doing his birthday weekend starting today! I wish I could take credit for coming up with this candle idea but I can't I've seen them everywhere on all styles of cards so I'm not sure who to give credit to. I tend to use more neutral colors when making masculine cards but I decided to go with the bold and bright. I have to keep it short so I have to run the birthday festivities will be starting soon. MAKE A WISH

Good Morning All, I hope that everyone is enjoying their weekend. The weather here in California has been a little on the hot side. I'm definitely ready for cooler weather. Today's post was a a copy from my cousin Niki you can find her card HERE.
I did however change the card just a bit as far as color and turning it into a scallop square. I liked the fact that her card was very simple and cute. So be sure to stop by her blog. Thanks Niki for helping me out with yet another birthday card.
