Constantly working, there's no time to rest.

A Mother is there when things go wrong.

A hug and a kiss to help us along.

Gently wipes our eyes when we shed a tear.

So on this day shower your Mother with Love.

Gifts and presents are nice but that is not enough.

Give your Mother a day to have some peace of mind.

Happy Mother's Day to all of you mom's out there, I hope that you have a wonderful day being pampered and spending time with your families. Here is the Mothers Day card that I made, I had seen this card sometime ago in a Stampin' Success magazine that Stampin Up! demonstrators get monthly I really liked the different use of the embossing folder with the added touch of the textured card stock. I sponged the reverse side of the embossing image which allowed the image to pop. You can see another view by scrolling down. Gotta run I'm off to go enjoy my Mothers day. MOTHER'S DAY FLOWER FUSHION

I hope all of you Mom's had a wonderful Mother's day, I know I did. I woke up to Starbucks, flowers, and a treat for a spa day that includes a pedi, which if I admit my toes are long over due for some TLC! =D Thank you to my fabulous husband and our 2 yr old son.

Today's project share is the Mother's day card that I made for my mom. I've been seeing a lot of cards made like this but with our new Butterfly embosslit sizzlit so I thought I'd change it up a bit and use the Flower Fusion Sizzlet instead. I love how this card style looks clean. I wanted to make this card bright and cheery so my color inspiration came from our Island Oasis DSP in the mini. I'm really loving this color combination. For a added touch I placed a small half pearl from our pretties kit. I'm really happy with the way this card turned out and I'm pretty sure my mom loved it too! HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!

I don't have a project to post today because I'm off to spend the day with my mom and family! I wanted to wish all of you a Happy Mother's Day and I hope that you all have an amazing day because it is well deserved. I will leave you with this poem that I found, I thought it was fun and cute, hopefully it will put a smile on your face and maybe even a chuckle, thinking yep that sounds like some of the things that go on in my day! Happy Mother's Day to all of the mom's out there. Today is the day to pamper yourself and do whatever is you want, you deserve it. It's a beautiful day so enjoy it. I think that we deserve it more than once a year ;0)! So today's post are cards that I made for the mom's in my life. I can't take credit for the idea, my up line Bev showed us this card at our last imprints meeting and I loved it. I believe that she said she got it from her up line Karen (hope that's right I apologize if that's incorrect). I changed it just a bit to work for me. I thought this was such a good idea who doesn't love to get flowers and on top of it one's that won't die in a week. I hope you enjoy this card. Thank you Bev for the idea.
