Happy Saturday! I made this card a couple months ago for our Imprints meeting that my up line held. We do a swap and a card contest. My card didn't win (tear) but that's OK there were a lot of amazing cards that day and fortunately for me I was able to come home with one of each and a ton of inspiration.=D  I  have to keep my post short, I'm heading out for a girls day with my family from sisters to cousins and aunts too for a day of stampin', what more could I ask for! Enjoy your Saturday!

Stampin' Up! Retiring Accessories List

Get them before they are gone! The retired accessories and Definitely Decorative (including Décor Elements) lists are now available and won't stay around for long--these items are only available while supplies last! Select retiring accessories are listed at a discount price some are upto 60% off savings.

When you look at the retired accessories list, you'll note that all of our Stampin' Pads are listed. This is for two reasons: (1) Craft Stampin' Pads will now only be available in black and white; and (2) we are introducing a new Firm Foam pad in our Classic Stampin' Pads with the 2012-2013 annual catalog.
The Firm Foam pads offer better ink coverage and, in turn, better stamped images. They will be available for customer order on June 1.
In addition, please note the following changes in the new catalog, which explanation some of the products being on the retired list:
  • Only select Stampin' Write Markers will be available individually (Stampin' Write Markers in color collections will continue to be offered)
  • 12" x 12" Textured Card Stock will no longer be offered.
  • 12" x 12" Smooth Card Stock will only be available in select individual colors and color collections.
  • Any item with an asterisk next to it is being reconfigured.  An example of this could be repackaging, as in the example above of the markers.
  • Other than the retiring 2010-2012 In Colors, the Stampin' Up! colors are NOT retiring.
Two items that were included on the Retiring Accessories List are not actually retiring. We have updated the lists to remove these items.

Going, Going GONE!

Hundreds of stamps and accessories from the 2011-2012 catalogs are retiring, and this is your chance to get them before they're gone. Many products are only available while supplies last, so be sure to get your orders in early! Click here to view retired pdf list or here to shop retired products at my store.

When you view the retiring stamps list, you may notice it's longer than in years past. During this transition to the new annual catalog, there are a higher number of stamps being refreshed and replaced than usual. While many stamps are going away, most are being replaced so that the breadth of our stamp lines is every bit as broad as ever!

Stay tuned April 25th for release of the retired accessories list.

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your weekend.

CASE: Live in the Sunshine

Here is another altered notebook that I made for someone. My sister's piano teacher really wanted soft neutral colors with a subtle splash of color. I had ran across a card sometime ago that I've been wanting to case so I decided to case one of Heather Klump's cards and take that inspiration and put it to a notebook. I love all of Heather's creations she does such beautiful work. To see Heather's card that I cased and was inspired by click here. Thank you Heather for sharing all of your wonderful creations . =D

Ahoy MAtey!

Here are some of the Pirate Goodies I made for Caleb's playdate birthday party. This first picture is of a little coloring book that I made and put in the kiddos goodie treasure chest. I found some fun pirate coloring pages online and just printed from that. In case you are wondering this cute little pirate boy is a non stampin' up image. I ran across him on google images and thought he was the perfect pirate for my little guy. I typed out Ahoy Matey in the Algerian font and just printed and punched as needed using our handy modern label punch. Easy Peasy!
Here's a look at the treasure chests all together. I found these little treasures at oriental trading co.

Paper: Real Red, Pacific Point, Basic Black & Whisper White

Accessories: Scallop Punch, 1 3/4' Circle Punch, Circles #2 Die, Striped Basic Black Grosgrain Ribbon, 1/8" Black & Red Taffetta Ribbon

I have to run but thanks for stopping by!
