Happy Birthday, Bev

Happy Thursday! This card went to my up line Bev for her birthday and while her birthday was at the beginning of February and we are almost in March I assure you that it  made it to her on time and that I'm just now getting around to posting it. This card photographed a bit lighter than it actually is. The Blooming with Kindness stamp set as really been one of my go to sets lately. I just love that flower. I have to admit when I first saw it in the catalog it didn't really grab my attention... boy has that changed. =D The shadow box was stamped using ink on a acrylic block. I really love that technique I love finding new ways to use product. Thanks for stopping by.

Easter Blessings

When I first had the chance to glimpse at the spring catalog during our Demonstrator
pre-order this single stamp was one of my top items to go on my wish list as a must have.
I just love the font and the size of this sentiment.

This was another card that I cased at our pre-order stamp event for demo's. This was created by my friend and fellow Demo Sarah C. She used dsp from the print poetry paper pack offered in the spring catalog for her sample.  I will show you her original in the next couple of days. I love the use of the large flower from the blooming with kindness stamp set as a background. All around I loved this card. Thanks again for sharing Sarah.

warmest wishes

I hope that you had a great weekend, I know that we did. The weather was beautiful this weekend here in California. We spent most of our time outside enjoying it. This is a card that I did at a recent super stampers. I really love this blooming with kindness stamp set and its been getting it's use a lot lately. To achieve the  box of color that the flower is stamped on I inked a acrylic block with our summer starfruit ink and then stamped it directly onto the whisper white card stock. It's a simple and great technique and can be used with any size clear block.

Supplies:

Paper: Midnight Muse, Summer Starfruit, Whisper White CS

Ink: Summer Starfruit and Midnight Muse

Stamp Set: Blooming with Kindness

Accessories: Lacy Brocade EF, Adoring Accents Framelits, D clear acrylic block, Midnight Muse Stitched Ribbon

I was pleasantly surprised to find this on my porch, I love crafty surprises like this. Isn't that candy jar so cute?! I also love that she coordinated the card with the yummy goodness.

Thank you again Chan that was so sweet of you!

Oh, HELLO

Happy Saturday! This will be a quick post today. I have lots to do and have a family filled day ahead of me. Here is another card that I made this for a stamp day with my demo friends. I was trying to go with clean and simple. I have to say lately my neutral go to color lately has been Sahara Sand while I like the color I never seemed to use it that much. I think it paired nicely with this color combination. What do you think? What's your go to color? Have a great day and thanks for stopping by.

Supplies:

Paper: Island Indigo, Sahara Sand

Stamp Set: Oh, Hello {Spring Catalog}

I took some of her elements that Id seen on a scrapbook page and a card that she had made and went from there. I really liked how it turned out.
