PAJAMA~RAMA GIFTS

Last night was our Pajama-Rama that my cousin & I put together. We had a late night and a lot of fun all of us girls, laughing, chatting, munching and of course shopping the SU! Catalog. I didn't get as much done as I had hoped for being that I was distracted by all the fun and company. So thank you to the ladies that came last night from a stay at home mom that was long overdue for some much needed girl time. I hope you had as much fun as I did!
In today's post you will see some "thank you" gifts we made for the ladies that attended last night. The tablet shown above was a 8 1/2 x 11 cut in half. This paper can be purchased at any office store in various sizes, they will also cut it in half for you, you just have to ask them to do it. Using Sticky Strip I covered the existing spine and added some DSP {tip: before cutting into a brand new sheet of paper look at your scrap size pieces to use.} To finish them off I added a little shopping bag from the Things I Love stamp set, I punched the image with a 1 1/4 circle punch and layered it using the 1 3/8 circle punch and Scallop Circle Punch. Our ladies really loved them so what do you think? Drop me a line and let me know!

GOODIES!

Here are some quick and simple Halloween treats that I put together for the Caleb's friends. I love quick and simple being that I don't always have alot of time to create when I'm always having to run after my 19 month, so I love when I can create projects that don't require alot of time. The tin you see here is just a pull tab fruit can that I cut open using a safety can opener I filled it with some chocolates and resealed it using crystal effects.

Stamp Sets: Eat, Drink & Be Scary, Grateful Greetings {mini catalog}
Paper: Whisper White, Cast~A~Spell DSP
Ink: Perfect Plum, Pumpkin Pie, Basic Black, Old Olive {markers}

If you would like to send him a card please email me at gremgirl@sbcglobal.net and I will email you back with his address ASAP. Looking forward to receiving all of your emails.

BOO!

I can't believe that we are already in November boy has the year flown by. I wanted to post some of my Halloween projects earlier but I was having some problems uploading pictures to my computer as well as with blogger. So hopefully everything is working as it should I'm not the most technical when it comes to tricks with the computer. Any who!

This card went out to Caleb's great grandparents and grandparents. I wish I could say that this is my creation however it is not. I saw a card that was very similar to this at my uplines {I'm not sure if this her creation or one she received} I made some changes to work around with what I had. When I saw this card I had to make it my 19 month old son's favorite word right now is BOO! I love it we go to the Halloween stores, look at catalogs and he loves looking at the witches and skeletons and saying BOO to them so I thought this card was very fitting for him to give the grandparents with his Halloween picture. Let me know what you think! I like the way it turned out!
